Remote Support
This page is available to customers who have a valid support contract with Topaz.
If do not have a support contract but would like remote support you can purchase time @ £30 for the 1st 15 minutes then £15 for every subsequent 15 minutes afterwards+ VAT. Please note there is a minimum charge of £60 + VAT which includes the 1st 45 minutes of remote support. The time purchased, includes any pre and post support time activities to follow through your requirements.
Prior to initiate a connection, please contact Topaz service department on 01453 793100 option 1 and then option 2 to make arrangements if you have a valid support contract. If you do not have a support contract, please call to make advance payment over the phone via credit card.

Remote Sessions employs end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions.

Customers must permit a technician to use each function (Remote Control, Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect)

Customers can choose to terminate the session at any time

All traces of the Customer Applet disappear from the remote PC when the session is finished
