What we do

Topaz advise,  supply and support Konica Minolta copier/printer multifunctional devices with associated third party software solutions.

Topaz provide this service UK wide and have customers throughout mainland UK.

Topaz supply B-2-B (Business to Business) sector incorporating all organisations, such as small, medium and large businesses including Government, Local Authorities, Schools and Colleges.

Topaz do not supply the SOHO (Small Office Home Office) market as this is better served by 'price point' suppliers on low end 'plug and play' devices which are cheap to buy but expensive to service and maintain with only remote telephone and swap out warranty cover.

Topaz supply solutions which are more expensive to purchase/rent but with lower true lifetime costs and on-site support as required. Our machines are designed to be office grade, heavy duty to cope with peak demands and requirements for all sizes of business. To do this properly and professionally, informed experienced advice and consultation is very important to our customers. We have this knowledge and specialisation and we can quickly validate and guide customers to the correct solution package to meet their requirements. We then combine this in a number of flexible purchase or lease rental arrangements enabling organisations to conserve their 'working capital'. A highly experienced team then take the order confirmation through to machine configuration, pre-prep and set up ready for installation, which is conducted by a professional installation crew who can deliver to any site, irrespective of complexities of stairs and old buildings where these considerations are important. This is followed by training by a dedicated customer training structure, ensuring that our clients get the best use of their investment for all users throughout the organisation. Finally, ongoing technical service support is supplied via our excellent team of fully trained, experienced technicians with the best back-up structure as required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by 'machine up time'.

Topaz have been doing this consistently now for almost two decades and have been accredited to ISO9002 and subsequently ISO9001 Quality Standards confirming that we have the procedures and structure to consistently deliver excellent customer support. In addition to this, for the past 12 years Topaz have been accredited to Investors in People (IIP) which is a mark of our commitment and internal structure supporting our people and their development towards fulfilling personal development goals, along with excellent customer service.

It is an unfortunate fact in this industry that, when customers approve a contract for machines, they often don't get the same sales consultant next time they require a review of the arrangements, which often is within moments of setting up the new arrangements. This is not the case at Topaz as we have a consistent and stable sales and support structure with the same people in the key roles for in excess of 12 years and, in many cases, much longer. This consistency of people contributes significantly towards confidence with our customers and enables our clients to have a sense of ownership towards long term integrity.
